Tommy Windisch

CF-L2
My name is Tommy! I started my CrossFit journey back in 2013 and have been following the methodology ever since! I graduated from the University of Idaho with a double major; One in Exercise Science and Health and the other in Food and Nutrition. I started coaching CrossFit in 2014 and ran my own gym, in Moscow, Idaho, before deciding to re-locate here!

Fran Windisch
Coach, CF-L2
I am the senior (age is just a number) member of the coaching staff. I began CrossFit around the same time as Tommy and couldn’t think of doing anything else. I have worked in the KSD for over 30 years as a Health/PE/FCS teacher. My passion is working with those new to CrossFit, the senior crowd and the mobility challenged athletes. Looking forward to helping you improve your fitness and overall health!

Courtney Ruane
Coach, CF-L1
Hi I’m Courtney! I started my CrossFit journey after college when I found that going to the regular gym just wasn’t going to cut it. CrossFit was a great way for me to stay in shape while still maintaining a competitive group fitness atmosphere that I was so used to from playing sports almost my entire life. I love lifting weights and seeing myself and others hit goals they thought were unattainable. As a coach, I get genuinely excited to see other people of all body shapes and sizes reach their own measure of success.

Lisa Worthington
Coach, CF-L1
Hi, I’m Lisa. I initially joined Crossfit to lose weight and through that journey, I discovered a sense of belonging in a supportive, collaborative and safe environment that not only helped me accomplish my goal but also gave me the desire to pay it forward by becoming a coach and helping people on their personal journeys. If you are contemplating whether or not to do Crossfit, take that first step. We are here to help you!

Nicholas Lumetta
Coach, CF-L1
Nick has been a member at CrossFit Necropolis since 2023. He is passionate about coaching and promoting the CrossFit methodology of using fitness and nutrition to improve one’s quality of life. He enjoys working with athletes of all skill levels to help them progress and hit new goals.Although he does not have an educational background in health, Nick was involved in weightlifting and distance running for nearly fifteen years prior to joining CrossFit. Outside of the gym, Nick works as a data scientist and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Stephanie Melling
Coach, CF-L1
I started CrossFit back in 2011 and instantly fell in love with it. It started out as weight loss journey that turned into finding a community I didn’t know I needed. As a coach I am hoping that I can give that same feeling of community to others and provide encouragement to help them succeed in their goals.

Michael
Coach, CF-L1
I’m a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with additional certifications in CrossFit Gymnastics and CrossFit Kettlebell. My background in strength and conditioning also includes competitive powerlifting, which helped shape my approach to developing strength, technique, consistency, and resilience.
Over the years, I’ve coached athletes at RSA CrossFit and Aegis Team CrossFit, and I previously owned and operated Die Empty CrossFit. Those experiences have given me the opportunity to work with athletes across a wide range of ages, abilities, and goals—from people stepping into a CrossFit gym for the first time to experienced athletes looking to improve performance.
My coaching philosophy is centered on helping athletes move well, build a strong foundation, and continually challenge themselves in a positive and supportive environment. I believe great coaching is about more than improving fitness—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a community where people enjoy showing up and putting in the work.
